We offer a person-centred reablement approach that helps people regain or gain the skills they need to live independently following an illness, injury, or after a hospital admission. Reablement is different from traditional home care because it focuses on helping people develop self-care skills. It’s usually short-term and intensive, typically lasting up to eight weeks or more but however completely dependant on an individual’s assessment of needs.

This is where care is provided on a short-term basis, e.g. for two weeks to give your regular carer a break.

This is an arrangement where a care worker moves into your home to provide one to one round-the-clock care and support as required. From your initial enquiry, to creating a personalised support plan, we’re here to help. Our team takes the time to understand your existing strengths, needs and preferences, and tailor our approach, using a combination of natural and community resources, to meet your needs and goals. This can also be arranged on a short-term or long-term basis depending on individual needs.

We supply Registered Nurses (RMNs, RGNs, RLDNs) and Health care assistants to care homes and hospitals at short notice to meet our customers’ contingency staffing needs.
The type of Support we provide may include but is not limited to the following:

• Personal Care and Hygiene
• Medication prompting and administration
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Laundry and general housekeeping
• Activities within the wider community
• Attending appointments
• Collecting Prescriptions
• Companionship including holidays and trips

Care can be arranged at half hourly, hourly, daily or weekly packages, and on a full time or part time basis dependent on your individual needs.
